It was during my traineeship in London that I fell in love with the concept of fresh daily baked cookie, sold in a tiny store! They were the best cookies I have ever tasted, crunchy outside and soft inside! Since then, I have always wanted to open my own cookie’s store in Brussels.

I studied the best possible texture I could give to them, and after kilos of doughs and tries I found my perfect cookie!

When my friend Munas joined me in the project, she brought her passion ans knowledge for the coffee and savory food.
